What is the MADE Program?
Launched in 2018, MADE connects top college students to internship opportunities with the ANA Educational Foundation鈥檚 network of partner companies, including industry leaders like Sephora, NBCUniversal, Wells Enterprise, Sightly and IPG Health. The journey to becoming a MADE finalist is rigorous, involving multiple rounds of interviews that not only assess applicants鈥 technical skills but also their potential to lead and innovate. For Ruthie and the other finalists, the program offers a unique pathway to internships, bypassing traditional HR processes and routing applications directly to hiring managers at MADE鈥檚 partner companies.
